COUNTING @ ROW LEVEL

Hello, I'm looking for a formula/solution that would count all the correct answers at a row level. If the answer is wrong then it wouldn't count it.

Any suggestions? Maybe Conditional Formatting to denote wrong/right answers. Ive tried multiple formulas. I'm stuck.
