Is it possible to schedule training specifically for our organization?

We are just rolling out smartsheet at our company. As the Learning Leader, I would like to promote the use of smart sheet as a best practice in project management. Could we schedule training for our different levels of professionals that fits in with our Academy? I'd like for them to get a demo of the tool and then we will have them use it as part of a case study.
