Is it possible to rotate a text widget on a dashboard?

Is it possible to rotate a text widget on a dashboard so that it can look like this? I don't see any obvious ways but I'm wondering if anyone has any tricks up their sleeves.

I don't know of a way. One way to get around this would be to insert a screenshot of that rotated text as an image widget. (with the added bonus of being able to make it clickable!)
