Smartsheet not sending emails when a workflow is triggered???

It is set up for a checkbox to be hit and then the automation occurs to send the emails and smartsheet notifications. It is no longer sending emails. How can I fix this I've looked over it multiple times and it seems fine.

Try making a copy of the Workflow and see if that works or not.
