Searching for specific information
Is there an easier way to search for information when you don't remember where it is located? (HA!)
For instance, I'm looking for specific individual but can't for the life of me remember which one of the many sheets and workspaces they could possibly be in. Does the search engine recognize wildcards ("name", na?me, na*me or name*) to look for a specific piece of data instead of yielding anything that can remotely have a similar spelling and scrolling through an extremely long list of results?
Just wondering as it is quite frustrating to not be able to narrow down my search using the filters in the search window.
Any help is greatly appreciated!

Are you looking for a list of everything they have access to or a list of every sheet where their name is entered?

The latter. Looking for the name of an individual and trying to see what she we logged them on.
Sorry for the delay...I forgot to hit submit. :(

To see everything they have access to, you can have a Sys Admin pull a user sharing report. To see everything where their name is entered, you would use the search bar in the top right and then check the box for "Rows" to show every row in every sheet where their name is listed.

OK thanks! Will try.
