@mention function is not working. Help!

Can you elaborate on what happens when you start with the @ symbol and continue typing a contact's information?

My coworker, she can receive my @mentions, she receives notification that they are there. When she sends them no one on the sheet is notified.

Has she tried sending one to you? Ensure in your Personal Settings that @Mentions are set to notify you.

If that was the issue, you could ask the others to do the same.

Problem has been solved, sort of. I use Chrome and it works, and my coworker has to use Edge for it to work.
