I enter email address by sharing a form and the recipient dont receive the form

when i share a form with a client the form doesnt arrive to any addresses

Thanks for trying to assist. I press manage forms then on the right side I have the option to share the form. I enter the email address and press send I get a confirmation that the form was shared though my recipients claim they dont get the form. I ccd myself and I aslo didnt get it

Strange!

I tested it on my business and private email, and it works for me, so I guess that it goes to spam or that there is a company firewall or something similar blocking it.

worked for me as well. just stopped suddenly. no change was made on my computer so how can I get it started again?

Same issue for me. I sent a form about a month ago and now I cannot share it or a recent new form. What changed and how can I fix it?
