Can we use the same account and license for “smartsheet.com”, “smartsheet.eu” and “smartsheetgov.com

Does it include Smartsheet Regions Europe and Smartsheet Gov as well? Can we use the same account and license for “smartsheet.com”, “smartsheet.eu” and “smartsheetgov.com" too ?

Please help us with the difference between these domains, any difference in the core services ?

Do we require to have different account set up for 3 different domains to use Smartsheet core service?

I understand. But how do we create a Free plan account with Smartsheet Region Europe? I see that it requires the upgrade and only provides a trial plan which has no access to API key generation.

How do we create a developer account for the Europe region??
