average progress depends on criteria and vlookup

Hello all,
we are trying the following:
In a new sheet we want to reproduce some information from the source file using the VLOOKUP function. So far so good.
Now the question is, if there is a formula,Β
which from the Children linesΒ
outputs the average progress,Β
where the lead is called "Kunde".
There can be several lines with the lead "customer". In this example it is only one row.
I hope you can help me.

I think an index collect formula might work better

Are you able to use a report and filter by Lead instead of VLOOKUP?

We use the VLOOKUP because we only want to look at certain entries in the new list.Β
Even if I would solve it via a report, I can unfortunately not show the progress per lead individually.Β
Maybe I try it rather with a SUMIF / COUNTIF formula in the source file and mirror only this number.
