Is it possible to calulate average of a time metric?

Hello,

I have a column for Avg Handle Time, where each row is formatted as:

0:00:00

How can calculuate the average of multiple rows?

I know with Excel, you can just highlight the whole column, and it'll calculate the average automatically. How would this be done in Smartsheet?

Smartsheet stores "time" as text, so you will need to first convert it into numerical values, run your calculations, then convert it back into the h:mm:ss format for display.
