Turning off the need to log into Smartsheet to fill in a form

I just downloaded the Smartsheet 1-4 user subscription. I have developed the form and turned off the need to log into Smartsheet in order to fill out the form. Problem is, when I went to download the form (using a QR code) it still asked me to log into Smartsheet. What can I do to just have the form itself pop up without the request to log into Smartsheet?
