Can't upload a File (External collaborators)

I don't know why external collaborators can't upload file in comments also when they drop in the line. ¿Is there a technical issue of SMARTSHEET?

Ask your collaborator to test in a Private/Incognito window of the browser, and if that doesn't make a difference. Ask them to try another browser too.

I think it's a firewall or extension issue.

We already tried with different browser and also as incognito. Its some extrange because I login with the user and pwd of the external collaborator and I login by my side and works!

Ok. Can your user test on another computer they have?

Can they test on the same computer but on another network if that doesn't work?

I did in another computer, and also with my account (admin) I can't upload files. :(

Same as usual. We changed to another computer, and my account (admin) presented the same problem. I am really worried.

So strange! You tested in different locations as well, correct?

If that didn't change anything, I think you'll have to wait for Support to get back to you.
