How automatically update a report date when a project sheet is updated?
I've built out a portfolio where all project plan sheets have a summary sheet that rolls up to a portfolio report along with all the other summary sheets.
Each summary sheet has a "latest update" date field field where I have to manually enter the date of any changes/updates are made to the project plan sheet.
Is there any way for the "latest update " field on the summary sheet to automatically assign the date any updates or changes are made to the project plan sheet?
For instance can it grab the latest date in the sheet activity log?

I add the "Modified" system column to all my project sheets. Then I create a field in the Sheet Summary and name it "Last Modified". Input a formula in the sheet summary field as follows: =max([modified]:[modified]). This will always display the latest modification date. Then you can run a report on all your project sheets and pull the Last Modified sheet summary field. I hope this makes sense and helps you to streamline your process.
