Reports Will Not Load

Wondering if anyone else has had this issue - We have not been able to access most of our reports for days. If you try to bring up most reports the system times out and you get an error message. It is not a browser or an extension issue. It is getting really hard to do work.
We opened a ticket a while ago but haven't heard back. If anyone else has had this issue and has found a resolution, please share!

Have you tested/looked at all the steps below?
Try these troubleshooting steps first.
- Check the Smartsheet Status page if there are any reported issues: https://status.smartsheet.com/
- Log out / in again
- Try a different browser
- Try the browsers in Private/Incognito mode
- If possible, check if other users have the same issue

Thanks for the reply. The instructions you provided are posted on the SmartSheet website. I did go through the steps and the issue is not the browser or an extension.
