HELP - I cannot open a critical smartsheet document!

Hi all,
I have a key document that today has decided not to open in Smartsheet. I simply get the spinning wheel and after 5 mins i receive the following message -
"Your request has resulted in the following system messages" but no error messages are displayed.
has anyone else experienced this? This is a critical business document and i'm desperate to access!!!!

@Kegan Copas have you tried to right click on the file and "Save as New..."?

Finally access the document but now being presented with the below error!
