When I set this up I was hoping that the "Date is between" would increment weekly to coincide with the "When a date is reached".

It does not.

Did I miss something or it's not possible?

My understanding has been that Automation Workflows have not evolved to be as dynamic as you are trying to make them. Short answer: No, but that'll be cool when they give us that ability! 😀

Please submit this as a Product Feedback or Idea (If it hasn't been added already) when you have a moment.

Here's a possible workaround or workarounds

• Add a so-called helper column with a formula checking for the same.
