Know who or what made a comment in Automation

We have several sheets that track workflow for student submissions. The Update workflow works well, making a comment sends an update request to the requestor's email. After the form is used, the only way to know another comment has been left is to manually scan multiple sheets. Is there a way to know if a "Form user" left a comment vs Assigned or logged in user?

You could use the Latest Comment Column feature, and then I think you can collect who commented.
