AUTOMATIONS TO CHANGE CELL CHECKBOX BASED ON SAME ROW INFORMATION

Hi, I am having issues making an automation run using same row information. I have a column that I want a box to check when the completed date is entered. For whatever reason, when I run the automation for the start date everything works perfectly. When I run it for the completed date, it just checks the same rows. I.e.. I have one set up for "XYZ Submitted" and this runs fine. I have one set to run for "XYZ Approved" and it will not run correctly. I want to be able to pull reports based on whether my "Submitted/approved" columns are checked, as these happen on different dates.
