Workflow - Update Request

I'd like to have a Update request type workflow but want it to send 1 email per row of data in the SmartSheet! I have it set for the workflow to trigger when a reminder date happens at a specific time. (vs the summary email you get) Is that possible?

That depends on how many rows the workflow is finding to send update requests for each time it runs.

If it's fewer than 7 rows, you can force Smartsheet to send the update requests individually by adding custom text to the email message using row data. This is done by adding a column name from the sheet to the custom email message in the workflow, inside double curly brackets (ex. {{Ticket Number}} ).

If it's 7 rows or more, Smartsheet groups them into a single request/email no matter what. There's no getting around that
