Do I have to enable a feature to use collect function?

Hello,

I am attempting to use the collect function but when I use it with join, my formula bar does not recognize the collect. I try searching for the function within smartsheet and it does not populate. I can see all the help for join, etc but nothing for collect. When I use join(collect or avg(collect) the collect function doesn't seem to be recognized or enabled.

What do I need to enable to get this function to appear?

Interesting. What happens when you type =C in a cell? Does it not show you the below?
