Sheet Summary - Formula

Hi!

Trying to create my sheet summary. I have one column, Orders Keyed, and a second column, # of errors. I have created a summary for each total. Now I need to get a percentage out of those. i.e. 18 errors out of 4308 is 0.42%.

What is the right formula to do this?
