If you give someone access as a 'Editor - cannot share' to a sheet, does this mean they have access

I need to give one person access to a file but I don't want them the ability to have access to other folders and files within the workspace. Is this possible?

As long as you only share the sheet and not the Workspace, they will only have access to the Sheet.
