Data from Smartsheet form not populating in Sheet
I have entered a number of forms today and none of them are coming through to the sheet, I have checked the rows below and searched for the primary data and no matches found. Any ideas what could be going on?

The form seems to be working now but the ones submitted during the issue have not come through, is there anything that can be done for this?

hello! is this still something that is needing a fix? I have the same issue. I thought i embedded the form wrong, but is accounting for the numbers in the summary of the sheet. The lines are completely blank. I have ghost information in the summary and none of the automations are happening because the lines are blank...

Is it possible that the rows are being added to the bottom of your sheet?
If a row used to have previous data in it but was cleared out, that row is no longer seen as a "new" row so Form data will skip it and add an entirely new row below those "empty" rows. My first suggestion would be to scroll all the way down in case the form submissions are lower on your page. You could also set up a filter to check and see what row number your data has been input on!

For automations, my first check would be to make sure your security settings for that sheet are set up correctly (see: Control who is notified about alerts and requests)
