User Update Request when Attachment changed not Working

Hello,

I have workflow set up that prompts an update request when rows are changed/added AND an attachment is changed. The rows are added via a form submission. I have not been able to get it to prompt an update request even after immediately changing the attachment after the submission. Any advice on making this workflow work?

Ensure that you've checked the Sheet Change Notification Settings box to Include my changes in sheet notifications in your Personal Settings (circle/profile in the lower-left corner).

How exactly are you "changing" the attachment? Are you attaching a new version with the versioning (v1, v2, etc.), or are you creating a new attachment?

Correct, I am attaching a new version so it would have a v2 'change' on the attachment.

I would suggest reaching out to support. It seems like it should be working, so there may be a little bit of a bug somewhere.
