Why are the forms now asking for a login?

I know that there were issues yesterday with the forms, but now when a form link is clicked, it now asks for a login. My customers normally go on our website to fill warranty forms, but now they can't.

Have you checked the form settings, so it's not set, so they have to be logged in to access it?

Hi, I asked the owner of the sheet/form to remove the setting of the login. He says that he can't as it is greyed out.

How can we change this?

This is an old thread, but am having the same issue with a form requiring a login and I have disabled the option to require a Smartsheet login. Any ideas?
