Suddenly unable to attach documents

Hi,

I have seen a few older posts about this topic but none had solutions attached to them.

We have one particular person that is suddenly unable to attach documents to a smartsheet. We have tried upload from the PC, drag and drop and all that happens is we have the tick as it if is uploading but then it disappears.

We have restarted the PC and changed browsers which does make it work for a very short period of time but then back to the same inability to attach.

If someone else had this problem and fixed it, I would appreciate if you could share your solution.

Have they tried clearing their cookies and cache on their browser?
