- Is your power something you intuited or something you learned? Collaborating with others is definitely something that has been learned, however, finding solutions for users is always something that has been intuitive for me.
- Describe a time when you utilized your power and Smartsheet to succeed at work? Streamlining our accounting teams' project financials sheets with formulas to calculate specific numbers within their sheets and creating Dashboards for high-level summaries for our Executive Team members. I also developed a process to keep track of system setups for new hires and license access for our users.
- Fill in the blank: I feel most in my power when I am finding and creating solutions for our teams when they originally thought all is lost having to enter data manually!
