Why am I unable to run a particular workflow on a weekly basis?

Is it because it's referring to a date field? There are sometimes as many as 20 changes in a day as renewals occur in batches so I'm trying to avoid getting an email for each row where the renewal date changes.

You would se the trigger to be date based then adjust the custom options.
