Contacts in a column from another sheet to a separate sheet

Hi, I was wondering if anybody has an idea on how to accomplish what I am trying to do.

I have a sheet where there is a column formatted as a contact list. There's approximately 100 rows, each with an entry of a particular person. Some people are duplicated in the row.

I have a separate sheet (for a different purpose). There too is a column for contacts, but each row would have different contacts. I am wanting to get the full range (including all contacts) from the one column to show in the single field on the second sheet.

The reason for wanting this is that my second sheet has automation in place that when a certain field is reached, all of of the contacts in that one particular cell are notified and who is pertinent to be notified is based on the first sheet.

Unfortunately it doesn't appear this is possible at present, there have been a lot of queries re this functionality, please see this thread where a solution was identified but its not consistent and operates as a 'glitch'.

Feel free to raise a enhancement request to Smartsheet directly.
