Why do the automated emails show from "my name" via Smartsheet"?

All forms, sheets, automated workflows, etc. show from "Amber Lange via Smartsheet". Is there a way to change this?

Feel your pain - no there is not, I have raised with our Smartsheet Exec as I'm sure others have, suggest you raise a product enhancement request.
