Can a link be added to a dashboard to take users directly to a smartsheet proof?

I would like the widget on my project dashboard to open directly into a smartsheet proof. There will be several versions over the course of the project and I would like there to be individual links for each version. Can this be done?

Hi @Sara Ross

You can do this in a few different ways. One simple way would be to use a Shortcut Widget and add the URL to the external proof window as a Website shortcut (see: Using Shortcut Widgets)

My personal favourite is by adding an Image Widget on a Dashboard to make it look user-friendly (such as an image of a "1" for First Proof or something specific to your company).

Then you can embed a link behind an image so when it's clicked on, it will take your users to the correct page (see: Using image widgets)
