Copy the value of a cell when columns contain certain text

Above is my reference sheet.

On a separate sheet I need to create a formula that returns the value in [Count] when the [Org] = "MSCL", [Type] = "M", and [Metric Category] = "01 - Active". This reference sheet will be uploaded in data shuttle monthly and the data I'm looking for may not always be in the first row. I'm new to formulas and have no idea where to begin.
