Form or Report to pull rows that need to be updated

I have a SmartSheet that lists all our Company Contracts, the Contract Owner, Contract Start Date, Contract End Date, etc. I am missing some data and would like the Contract Owner to go to a form and enter their name. They would then be presented with a list of all contracts they are the owner of and be able to update those rows only. Is this possible?

I'd recommend using a Report with the Current User feature or, Dynamic View or WorkApps.

There should be a way through request an update. It can be set up through automation with specific criteria set or you can manually request updates when you need data.

I believe the Send Update Request option might work. However, I need to know if the person I am sending the request to needs access to the SmartSheet, or if this will allow them to populate the Form without needing access to the SmartSheet.
