Parent Based Formula Needed
Hi Team,
So I have a question, Parent Line always pops up with the date, however, we don't want this to be auto-filled unless all the children should be filled & the date should be the latest one.
What formula should be the best in this situation?
Also, If all the children @row have N/A's and one is still blank then the parent line shouldn't take N/A instead wait for that one particular column to be filled.
@Paul Newcome Appreciate your help.

Hi @Shubha
I hope you're well and safe!
Are you using the Dependencies feature?
I hope that helps!
Be safe, and have a fantastic week!

Thanks for the reply.
I tried using the dependency feature but still got the same point error, as Parent Line always pops up with the date. however, we don't want this to be auto-filled until all the columns should be filled.
Any other solution would be highly appreciated.
Thanks

Do you need to use the Dependencies feature? If you do, there's no solution because you can't use formulas in those cells when using Dependencies.

No, I just removed the dependency feature it's not working for me so instead of that I was trying a formula.
We have equipment delivery dates & they'll be different I want the parent line should capture the latest children received on the location data.
something like a formula should say that if children @row is complete then the parent line should give the latest date.
