I can't see the filters a colleague has added to a smartsheet

My colleague has added some useful dropdown filters to a smartsheet to help use it faster. Unfortunately, I can't see those filters when I use it, they aren't there at all. Any idea why not?

Ensure that your colleague has checked the Share Filter checkbox.
