Can no longer see "Cell History"
I can no longer see the "Cell History" for each cell.
Is there a setting that can/has been changed?

For cell history you would need to right click the individual cell itself to see this. However, the activity log will show you all of the changes made for the sheet, when they were made and who made them. It can also show you row, and what the previous and updated values are. I snapped a screenshot of mine just so you can see what the difference is.
I personally prefer the activity log because this gives me a much better view overall of the changes made to the sheet. This log can also be downloaded, and in the case of deleted data (rows, columns, etc.) you can request a snapshot of your sheet.

I no longer get anything when right clicking on cell history.
Below is what I get for every cell now even when I know it has changed.

I wanted to provide an update on this. We are currently investigating an issue with the cell history so this is something that we are currently aware is happening. For the time being, we are recommending to customers to view the activity log if needed until the issue has been resolved.

Any updates on this or an ETA?
I need cell history to provide proof of equipment location changes since 2018. We have over 2000 listed that change every few months and only need to prove the locations of four devices....really hoping to avoid the activity log for this one.
