Commenters are not able to add comment

Hi,

I have shared a sheet with several people and had given them permission as commenters. However, these people are not able to comment.

When they click the comment icon, an error is displayed saying you need commenter permission to add comment.

Is this a bug?

Hi Raj!

Have you verified 1) that the users are logged in, and 2) that they are using the same email address that you gave access to?

Are you able to leave comments on the sheet?
