Does anyone know why when it copies to the summary sheet it posts half way down?

To add to Phil's excellent advice/answer.

Even though the rows might look empty, they can still be "activated", so if you don't need the rows above, I'd recommend deleting them.

This usually means the rows above have something in them. Do you have an auto column eg ID that is causing the issue.

on my sheet before they moved to the summary they were all at the top of the page, no blank rows on the main sheet, they only appear then moved to summary

its because i was copying the original sheet then delete the date but not deleting the row. Thanks for your comments
