Copy Unique values from one column to another column in a sequence

Hi I am trying to copy data from one column to another column in samrtsheet, however I need to avoid blanks, data should be sorted. how is that possible? what formula should I use as I am new to smartsheet

HI @Andrée Starå here is the screenshot, I want these numbers to be pasted in next row, in a sequence and excluding blanks, this is sample, I need it for very large data, around 100000 entries, and it will help me with look up values. Thank you
