Cross sheet Index Match suddenly not working

Hi guys, Hopefully someone can give me some help on this.

I have set up many cross sheet index matches that have worked without any issues for 1-2 years. I logged in to Smartsheet recently to find some cells now returning REF#. The formula is correct, but I re wrote / re linked the formula to see if it would fix the issue. At first attempt it did fix it, however the next time I logged in it had broken again. Now when I log in all of my referenced cells have broken.

Smartsheet have told me that this means the referenced cell has been deleted, which isn't the case.

Has anyone else had this problem?

Interestingly Smartsheet didnt offer me this information, instead telling me I must have deleted a column.

I am using a third party called ddupdate on my sheet. Do you know if this is a known could be causing the issue?

Update! I managed to fix the issue by deleting the broken references from within reference manager and re mapping
