Tracking Certifications

I'm trying to create a smartsheet. To track employee certifications. There are a lot of employees. The employees should be able to see only their own certifications and update this information and not see everyone else's information. The supervisors should be able to see all of their employees certifications in one place. What is the best way to achieve this. I tried creating a repot and workapp but the workapp has a limit of 50 pages.

You could use the WorkApps App with a Report set to the current user, or the Premium App, Dynamic View.
