Cell History not available

There seems to be an issue at the moment because I've seen multiple similar reports.

If you haven't already, I recommend reaching out to the Smartsheet Support Team.

I wanted to provide an update on this. We are currently investigating an issue with the cell history so this is something that we are currently aware is happening. For the time being, we are recommending to customers to view the activity log if needed until the issue has been resolved.

I have already experienced this issue in one of my sheets too. I wondered it was only me facing this issue of losing cell histories. I now see that this is a global one!!!

Smartsheet, please investigate what's going wrong and help us retain the cell histories.

@Andrée Starå Even the Activity log doesn't state what changes have been made to that cell, except for a record in log which says "cell changed" but the details are blank.

We have lost all cell history from before 2022. Affecting all sheets.

Yay!!! I now observed that the cell histories that I lost in one of my critical sheet is now retained and reflecting correctly. Thank you Smartsheet team for getting back the cell histories... Please do not repeat this in future as we all know how important this feature has been for us in our Project Management. Thank you again for working this around.
