Working days between two dates

Hi, I'm looking to use the networkdays forumla to calculate the working dates between my date column and the oldest column for each individual, I can't understand why the formula isn't working. I have set holidays to zero (and changed it to a number) and its still unparseable. Can anyone assist me with the correct forumla, please? Thank you

Try something like this. (change the column names to match yours)

=NETWORKDAYS(Date@row, Oldest@row)
