I have workflow automation requests whereby some members are not able to update

As you can see in the upload I sent the request to update rows to another and to myself; however when sent to myself I have the ability to update the cells; however if I use the same automation to workflow to anyone else the receiver does not have the ability to update all of the same cells in the row only some of the cells

How do I fix
