Import from gsheet to smartsheet

I am trying to import a gsheet to smartsheet; however, it always pop out an error message as below.

Does anyone knows what's happening?

Can't really troubleshoot it based on that. However, I suggest creating a very simple Google Sheet and seeing if you are able to import that one. That will tell you if the issue is with the sheet or with your connection to Google Drive.

My memory is kind of fuzzy... but I seem to remember having an issue importing a sheet and it had to do with some special formatting that was in the sheet.... but I don't remember the particulars.
