How to automatically attach form-submitted file attachments to the sheet, rather than a row?

The sole purpose of the form is to enable an individual to quickly upload a file attachment to a Smartsheet grid. However, when the files are uploaded to the grid via the form, they are always attached to a row, instead of the entire sheet. Is it possible to disable row attachments, or make sheet attachments the default?
