Is there a formula where anytime I scan a barcode it subtracts from the Quantity on hand value?

You'd create one sheet that you scan all barcodes into.

Then you'd create another sheet which has all SKUs in inventory and has a COUNTIF formula to count the instances of that SKU # being on the other sheet with all the scanned barcodes. You'll also need your baseline inventory count for what your starting quantity is for the COUNTIF to take away from that.

Then on the sheet in your picture you'd vlookup or index match the sheet with the COUNTIF formulas.
