Incorrect values in linked cells - days count values ("PT1944H" and such)
Hello,
I wonder if anyone of you dear SmartSheets Users, came up with a problem of some random (?) values popping up in cells that are linked from another sheet, in particular to pull through the project duration (in days)?
Out of a sudden we started getting "PT1944H" and "PT2088H" in some cells, where we normally should see the number of days (i.e. "108d"). When I go to the source sheet - the value being pulled is correct, but for some reason - on my destination sheet is shows the "PT...." values.
Any idea how to resolve it?
Deleting the link and replacing helps, but only temporarily ;)

Exactly how are the values being pulled in? If via column formula, try converting it to a cell formula then converting it back into a column formula and saving the sheet. I would also suggest reaching out to Support directly as it sounds like you are pulling in some kind of back-end value.

Hi, thanks for reaching out - every cell has a link put in individually, so I recon the answer is a cell formula.
I've always been posting my problems here and they were answered immediately ;) So I didn't know any other way, sorry - could you please advise, how to raise an issue with SS Support?

Did this ever get solved as I have exactly the same problem?
However the numbers are not random. All Smartsheet has done is convert days in hours.
2088H = 87days

Wow, thank you John, this is brilliant!
No, I raised the ticket and it's been worked on.. I keep getting messages that they resolved the issue and are closing the case, but I respond: No, it's still wrong, and then they assure they keep working on it ;)
I will check today, to confirm.
What the "PT" prefix means then..? Just curios.

I think PT means Pessimistic Time.
I too am linking from another sheet and the problem happened when the master sheet was changed.
There is very little on the web about this problem.

I am a very basic user so this doesn't mean much to me but seems to be something to do with our problem.

Smartsheet help have just telephoned me and explained there was a bug in the code and it was fixed last night.
So hopefully we will experience no more issues.
