Editor Can Share - Tablet Only Giving Him View Access
Good afternoon, We have a Manager In Training responsible for filling out a daily report. He is shared as an Editor Can Share to the sheet and the report. He is one of three Managers IN training and the other two MITS tablets are working correcty. On his tablet it is "View Only" and will not let him edit anything, it also is not showing the rows sorted like the other MITS? All three are Editor Can Share, any help would be appreciated

Are they logged in to the correct account? What type of plan do you have?

Hi @Paul Newcome , yes they are, we think it is a hardware update on the tablet, as he is able to do it from his computer thank you

I think I saw another post a while back that some Android tablets had issues, so I think that's the issue.
