#1 Are you able to "archive" any rows? If so, that will reduce your number of cells. Otherwise, you'll want to use the premium app Data Table. Info here.
#2 Make sure your data shuttle is not configured to overwrite columns with cross sheet formulas.
#3 Can you create the Approve/Decline as a column and instead send the approval requests as a report at the end of the week? This way, they get 1 email, they click through to the report and make their approvals there (which will update the sheet).

1.We have 5 sheets which are interconnected through formulas the whole folder or workspace needs to be saved as new template
Note: The formulas should not be removed
Is there any way for this?

No.. We need to save as new folder template without formulas not being removed in the sheets
For example we have template sets in Smartsheet in that when use those templates the formulas in sheets is not being removed
We need to have like those folder templates is it possible:)?
